Rimski's Yard was first established at Boomtown Festival, in 2014, with a small crew of (very cool) family and friends. In 2018 & 2019 The Melodrome Travelling stage Venue, stepped in as collaborators. In May 2019, Rimski & Handkerchief created their Travelling Homestead Stage, which marked the beginning of a wider touring phase for Rimski's Yard, including the first year of Rimski's Yard Glastonbury, which was also in collaboration with The Melodrome. Then there was the famous lockdown of 2020...

Since then, Rimski's Yard has been produced as a Rimski & Handkerchief creative partnership.

We are very grateful to our incredible crew, sometimes of up to 50 people... Noteworthy  is Paul Preston Mills, our chief creative builder/performer; and Pirates of the Carabina, beautiful circus performers who also bring the trapeze rig; as well as many talented performer friends and family!
